Why do I need to register?
Scrapbook Hub has been designed as a contributor based resource for papercrafters. In order to offer a safe online community, we ask that everyone wishing to participate in the discussion forum or picture gallery register. Registration is FREE will give you access to additional features not available to guest users. In order to access the extensive resources, upload your projects and photos to the gallery and be an active contributor in the site and the forums, you must be signed in as a member.

Will my details remain confidential?
Yes, your privacy is our concern. Scrapbook Hub will not share your information with or sell to other companies. Your details are held securely.

Why can't I log in?
Check your log in details. Your username is the email address you entered when you registered. Your password is the password you used when you registered. Have you checked the automatic email we sent you when you registered?

I've lost my password!
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log into the site, click the 'Forgotten Password' link below the log in boxes on the home page and it will ask you to fill on your email address so we can send you your password within minutes!

I registered but cannot log in!
If you are sure that you have used the correct email address and password to log in then it could be your pc's security settings, which are causing the error. If you run Internet Explorer do the following:

1. Click on the tools menu
2. Select Internet Options
3. Select Privacy then Sites
4. Type in www.scrapbookhub.com.au then click Allow

This procedure will enable your pc to work with cookies from the www.scrapbookhub.com.au website enabling you to log in. By only typing in the Scrapbook Hub web address; you are retaining your security settings for all other websites.

If you run Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer do the following to achieve the same results:

1. Tools
2. Options
3. Privacy
4. Cookies
5. Exceptions - Add in www.scrapbookhub.com.au and click Allow.

How do I unregister?
Just click the UNSUBSCRIBE button on the xxxxx page. Once you have unregistered you will not be able to log into our site and will not receive any further mailings from us.
